However, when I visited Magnificat Primary Care, Dr. Araceli introduced me to the Healow App for checking my blood results, scheduling appointments, and more. I admitted to her that I didn't know how to use or download it. To my surprise, Dr. Araceli went above and beyond. She personally arranged for a member of her staff to sit with me for over half an hour, guiding me through the installation process, explaining how it works, and even assisting me in downloading my insurance app. It was the first time someone had gone to such lengths to help me in over a decade.
